Appears to be a scam. When I answered the call I could hear the the system calling another number.

Rude and never want to say what the company does. Wanted me to confirm that I was that person so they can harass me - F U!

I just got a phone call from them requesting payment from a pay day loan they claimed i had thru WoodForest Bank which is not even a pay day loan.WoodForest Bank is a bank that usually operates out of Walmart...not a pay day loan.When i asked them to send me something thru mail,they claimed they had sent me something 3 times before which is a lie.They don't want to send you anything thru mail because then its illegal.

I asked my God-mother to help me with this. I don't know this person nor this number yet he asked me if I was myself. Then he started been rude to me and I hung up the phone, he has called me twice already. He does not even say from which company he is.

these people called my fathers house demanding that he give them my info. he asked who he was and whohe worked for the guy started yelling at him "give me her number" after he told him that i didn't live there and he didn't know how to get ahold of me. the guy repeatedly yelled at my father to give him my number. my father aked again who he was and who he worked for and then he told my father to tell my lawyer to call him and then hung up. well my sister called and spoke with my dad he asked her to call, she called and spoke with a kevin chin and he told her that it was a guy named joel he told my sister to have me call back within 24 hours to get the amount reduced. well i called 800-784-8571 gave my confirmation number and spoke with kevin as well and he was not very nice just his tone was ridiculous and i let him have it about the guy that was rude to my father i told him that i didn't have a phone and the only way that my family could get in touch with me was by me calling them, kevin then asked me if i was in prison i asked him why would he ask me that and he replied well with your stricked living conditions. i said so if somebody doesn't have a phone that means that they are in prison he replied with usually. i said whatever anyways are my options he said your option is 942.00 i asked if he was fxxxxg crazy. he started telling me that i owe over 1k dollars to an old cc bill that was from 2002 and he was doing me a favor, that i thought that i paid off. but i never told him that i asked what the name of his company was he would tell me except that it was a collection agency and i asked for the address to the company he denied me of this info. i told him that i would make a payment of 30.00 and he told me that i couldn't and he would not accept my payment i told him i will report him to the credit bureau for denial of payment he began to yell at me have your lawyer to call me i said i don't have a lawyer and he said well i will give you until tomorrow to come up with the money. well i called back like 3 times to get the physical address and every time i did i was routed to a spanish voice mail. so the following day i googled the number and below and beholdi found this web site i did the reverse lookup for the phone number i didn't get any company name but when i did reverse lookup on the add i got 3 dif people names. so i then called when i got off work asked to speak with the first guys name routed through the system again 3 times and then the second guy that answered asked if i had received a call at home or at work i calmly told him that i received a message to return the call back to and gave him the first to guys names that i received on the reverse look up a john b told me that those guys were letter writers and the ceos of the company. i said ok he denied my payment as well by the way and would not give me any info onthe company told me they were a collection agency not a mailing agency. i hung up the phone then called the first guy on the reverse look up asked if he worked or was a ceo of a collection agency he kind of laughed and said no i told him what i was calling about he said that he had no clue why they would say what they said because he owns his own business. so right there that shows this company is a joke and a fraud i will more than likely press charges and report them to the irs and credit bureau and us fraud dept.

The person they are trying to reach does not live here or have this address!

I was called and harassed three times now from this company. They are calling me about my exboyfriend. Who hasn't lived here in over two years. I have given them phone numbers every time they have called to reach him at other places, but they keep calling back here. They claim he has done something terribly wrong and unless I want to do the time for his crime I better give them numbers to get ahold of him. I CANT even get ahold of him about OUR son when he's very sick. I don't know what he owes and to whom but this needs to stop.
