Today her name was Renee Wrathers from NY Associates and she called from 917-341-2087 on behalf of Steve Watson who was calling on behalf of Jim Athans(Athens???? spelling sorry)

sounds shady to me , wants to buy my co. and has not even seen it or numbers???

What real acquisitions company would FAX over proposal to BUY your company???? A fax that ANYONE in the office could see???? This place is a scam.

We received a fax to day (September 10.2012 ) from Wall Street International Saying that a multi-billion US company is interested in opening up immediate negations to purchase all or part of XXXX.XXXX. (Our company)It seems that they cannot even spell negotiations correct, and do not know the meaning of negation. I doubt this fax comes from the US.(We are in Norway )The Fax ask us to call 001-954-586-1000 ext 3191 for further information.(How stupid can it get )??The fax is signed by Irv KlondarSenior Vice President

Same deal for the company I work for. Rec'd a call from a "Linda Rather" of NY associates asking for the CEO and that Jim Athens, "a very trustworthy investor" wanted to purchase the company. I had to ask her 3 times what number would be best to call her back before she finally told me to have our CEO call Steve Watson at 954-586-1000. How do these people sleep at night?

I've received the same fax from Irv Klondar on September 17. Hmm, I was pretty shure that in USA, they have normal e-mail system to communicate each other - no fax! Wake, wake this is year of 2012! Anyway, bull [***]! I can't stop it.They send me several faxes concerning so called "negotiations"! But on the other side, this is very interesting what is the source of their information and for what all this action.

Received phone call from Linda Rather, stated her company is NY Associates and has a client wanting to buy our business, Was asked to return the call to her manager 954-586-1000 Steve Watson if we are interested. She stated that she had already sent correspondence. I replied I open/distribute mail and did not remember anything and volunteered she could email the information to me. She refused. I asked for a website or email and was given nyassoc.com There was a tremendous amount of static and chatter in the background.

Called wife at 8 & 11 PM no one on line.Next morning, call 6 AM on different phone # in house and no one on line when I picked up.Two different phone numbers in our house & 3 calls to our phones on a no call list.... love to meet this people and sell them a part of my mind.Number comes up Crawford & Co.... low life scammers phone blasters

Received a call from this number just now trying to speak to the owner of our company. Said his name was Miles Rather from NY Associates regarding a potential business proposal. After hanging up I looked them up I could not find a NY Associates associated with this number. I am not forwarding this message to my boss.

Same here except this was a Steve Watson.While they are talking I am already checking them out on 800 notes knowing they will be there.
