I got a call on my cell phone from 011 95 48 18 3149, or I guess it could read 011 954-818-3149. No message, but why the international US designation before the call? Is this spoofed from Europe? This was weird...

Automated message saying,"We're calling about your credit card, there is no problem with your credit card at the moment; but, you could miss an important opportunity to have your interest rate lowered; press '1' now to be connected to an operator so you don't miss out on this important opportunity to receive a grate rate.",it was something very close to that.
This is not a credit card company this is a scam artist. I dont have a cc. Told him to remove my number he got cocky and said try it when I said I would sue. Dont give him your info. Just hang up.
called at 2:45pm est, "Hello, How are you doing today"? (in a distinctly Indian/Pakistani accent). Me - "I'm doing pis**d off, don't call me again!" (at full voice volume). I hope I hurt his hearing.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
