Received call and heard recorded message first saying it was in regard to a credit card of mine, that was in good standing, but asking if I wanted to lower my interest rate as this was the last day I was eligible. Further recording said to "Press 1" to speak to agent which I did, and a man with an Indian accent asked if I wanted to take advantage of lower rates....I said "first I need to establish the legitimacy of this call"....he immediately hung up. I'm sure I was going to be asked for one of my credit card numbers which I would never give.
I received a call from this number about refinancing credit card debt. I am on the do not call list so I pressed 1 to speak to someone. When the telemarketer got on the line I kindly said I am on the "Do Not Call List" please remove me from your system. The reply I received was we will call you ten times a day [***]! Then he hung up on me. Next time I guess I won't be nice
Same as others. How is this legal?! They just hung up when you ask questions; and there is no way to track them dowm.
Usual same recorded call telling me they can lower my interest rate..... press #1...I'm beginning to know this guys voice from India or Pakistan, and then I put on my accent and waste 15 minutes of his time hoping he won't get that one idiot who WILL give this guy info. I have a blast scamming these folks.

This is a phishing scam. Always reject and block the call. If you answer at all they keep calling from different numbers that are spoofed. Been dealing with this for over 2 years now. They are based in lndia so nothing is being done to stop it. For now I refuse to change my number because I should not have to.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
