I also called 1-800-527-9027 on 4/10/12, didn't press any numbers, and I spoke to a Connie. I told her it was my second time calling to be taken off their list and that I was on the "Do Not Call" registry. I told her it was my home office work line and I did not appreciate the unsolicited harassment. She asked for my name and made some comment about "being able to spell" then asked for my address. I told her she didn't need my address, to please just remove my name and number from their list. Then we got "disconnected" (she probably hung up on me)!! When I called back, I got the SAME lady and she said, "On no, I didn't hang up. The phone disconnected." So I asked her how long it would take to be removed and she said 30 days. Anyone know where you can report these people? I am on the "Do Not Call" registry AND have called them TWICE now to be removed from their call list.
Yes they called me three times in an hour I finally answered & asked them to stop calling me.
Got a call from them at 10:20 PM. WTF. Did not answer, no message left. I've never had a JC Penny card.
