Was called and said I was being overcharged by credit card processing company.

These bunch of bozos called me twice, yesterday and today. I ALWAYS have a healthy apprehension to any credit card companies. Just a few questions to them, like do you have my contract available (yes they did, could they fax it to me? No they couldn't, could you show me the EXACT date where I have been overbilled on my account, no they couldn't but they COULD do that if I faxed them my monthly bank statement - ha! Fat chance!) Ask a few questions of these crooks and you won't get taken for a ride!

Susan Jones keeps calling & wanting my statements, says she is the wholesale provider of rates and my merchant company is over charging me & she is going to refund the money. Calling from 972-852-0898 & fax is 885-924-2774 www.wholesalebanc.com & www.challasgroup.comThis is a scam! Beware they will steal your company information & cost you a lot of money.

Got The Call this morning. Found it very suspicious from the outset, but was curious to see where it would go. The agent fed me the "you've been overcharged and we want to give you some money back" bait, then asked me to fax him my most recent statement. Instead, I sent him a screenshot of this page. Thank you, previous posters, for confirming my suspicions and providing a nice little joke on the scammers. My caller was also 972-852-0898

Sue Jones called our company looking to refund duplicate "TCI" charges. When I asked her company name, she said something really fast that could have been American Express, but I'm sure isn't. When I suggested that she should already know the charge amounts to refund, she gave the excuse that her company is going paperless. Creative!

Caller ID shows Challas Group. They called Line 1 & 2 at the same time and nothing was on either. I just hung up.

same here and when I very nicely said "please remove my name from your list" his reply was "no ma"am"wth?

Got a call from Justin saying I am being overbilled. He said he is from Merchant Services and he wants to help me get my money back. He wanted my account #'s and specific info on my merchant statement. When I called the # back a girl answered "Wholesale Bank"

This number that u called is not a Small Business!!! Do not call back or I will report To the FBI!!!!

Caller said she was calling about over charges on my card processing machine. I can smell a scam, so I told her I don't have a card processer. HA! She replied that I could disregard the call. Gee, thanks for permission to ignore your scam. Not the brightest bulb in the box.
