Just got a call from this number to my cell. Left a message but there was no one there. Just clicking.
Received similar call about ten hours ago - no voice message - nice piece of music though. Was expecting a call so didn't look at my screen! Of course these things are scams - no legitimate company would promote their business in this manner. Shame these "companies" manage to get away with these stunts.

March 29/2010Just recv a call from this number on my work cell phone, The number was not familiar so I didnot answer. When I checked the number on google foung all this info about the number. So theyare still at it. Be careful. Seems someone who does not work for a living is trying to take themoney that you work hard for. I am also in Canada. Why dont they call in there own country torip off people.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
