Just got this call for maybe the 3rd time - didn't answer it, then googled the number and found this site.My cell# is unlisted & I pay as I go, so it's not on any phone list that anyone could get a hold of. I never give my cell # to anyone I don't know, so HTF do they get our numbers, or are they on some sort of auto-dialer that just generates random numbers?

got a call on cell phone....in North Bay Ontario........ because of a recent purchase I had won a trip to Cancun Mexico... I just hung upI do not give my cell # for warranties on purchases............SCAM.........the way it works is caller (or program) is given an area code and first 3 digits........then they (it) calls every number from 0000 to 9999 then they move on to the next first 3 digits until all are calledthey have no idea that it is a working number until you or answering machine answers ...... difference with this scam telemarketing style is that once they get your information they can clean out bank accounts, get credit cards, purchase things ....... basically steal your identityBe Aware

Just got a call. Not impressed! Didn't answer either. Just gonna put them in my contacts as the scam artist so when they call I'll see that name and not even bother myself with the call.Bear Arms House!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
