i'm in Edmonton, Alberta and i just got called by that number on my cell. little creepy. my home phone doesn't have caller id so i'm wondering if that is the number i'm getting the creepy blank messages from (sometimes i can just hear a little bit of breathing and someone muttering at the end) >:( stupid prank callers.
My offer was a free trip to Cancun and then Orlando. This is timeshare sales. Can you imagine being down there and not buying, your hotel reservation will be cancelled, your flight home will be cancelled and you will be left standing on the street. Everyone thinks badly of used car salesmen, they don't come anywhere near timeshare sales for sleazy behavior. Why is this so bad, it's just government sanctioned theft. Stay away.
I have received a call from this number not too long ago. I saw some comments on different pages of this site and people have thought its a rogers wireless or virgin mobile thing... I have a landline with Cogeco and also receive a lot of 416 area code telemarketing calls. They never leave messages and I'm rarely home when they call, but it's irritating none the less.
I live in Toronto, Canada and I just got a call from that number as well. I did not answer and they did not leave a voice mail message.
