do not know who own 982 area code strange iam on the do not call list for home phone and cells phones

the guy had an accent. i could hardly hear him. he was askin if i wanted a loan and that i've been approved.i asked for a supervisor and he hung up

First he called and said I was approved for a loan. I told him I did not want one and to put me on the do not call list. Then he called and asked for sex.

These are scammers. Watch out.

I received 3 calls and told him on the third call not to call me. They called a 4th time and I didn't answer.

This number has called several times today and I repeatedly tell them to not call and remove my number to no avail. First they talked about a loan and then sex. I just stopped answering

I got the same call. These are thickly accented men whose sole purpose is to rip you off. What out for future calls from these clowns that ask for:(1) You to send them (via MoneyGram, not via bank account) the first payment of a 5 or 10k loan they will give you for an unreal interest rate.(2) You to contact your attorney, because he (usually says he's the attorney general, as if one would actually call an individual him/herself) you are being sued for skipping out on some debt. I love swearing at these guys when they call and belittling them as much as possible, because they have and will continue to take advantage of weak and/or financially troubled Americans. And who knows where the money they scam from you goes? Could be terrorism, could be just another criminal racket. What I will tell you is that U.S. Government and your local police will do NOTHING to help you fight these criminals, so if you don't like screaming obscenities at the callers like I do, I suggest you just say, "I know you're trying to scam me and have informed the FBI." That usually shuts these scum of the earth up.But report this to FBI like I did will do NOTHING, so don't even bother. You'll just feel ignored.
