I have AT&T, got the call, didn't answer, either. Good to have a place to find out about this!
Got this call at 3:13pm today, sounded like a lady speaking in spanish from a recording. Yesterday I got a call at 6:45pm that was a withheld number. I think these events are related because I talk to very few people.
Got same call, it is a recorded message, I speak Spanish and what it syas is "You have won, please enter # 1 to claim your prize" needless to say I hang up immediately.
Keep getting calls like this from various numbers...it's recording in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish but have a Hispanic last name due to marriage. Don't know if that has anything to do with it. Also they are calling a Trac phone. And I don't give out my number to anyone. Only husband & kids know the number. I think someone is selling Trac phones numbers to these jokers.
I got the call on my cell phone, but didn't answer it (I never answer unrecognized callers). Thanks to these posts, I know to ignore it in the future, too.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
