Same scenario here. Called me and left no message. Oh well. Just a question to all those that have posted or for future posters. What service providers are u with? I'm with t-mobile....I'm just trying to narrow down some theories.

At 10:00 am in oklahoma, I received a call from this number. I didn't pick up though. no voicemail
Just got the same call from 985-798-6464....Tried to call back, constant busy signal..Spanish speaking female...Ran the number and only came up with state LA. and it being a landline...Guess so long to the block calls of spam and telemarketing...
Nevermind....theory did not hold true. Whoever is calling from this number is targeting various service providers. Solution: DON'T ANSWER THE CALL!! LoL
I got a call from this number on my cell phone today (11/11/2010), and it was in Spanish, and it said that I won a million dollars. I quickly hung up because I don't join contests giving my cell number, and I knew there's a scam somewhere in this.

I didn't recognize the number so I obviously was checking to see who it was
The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
