This numbers calls my cell phone several times a day. No one on the other end and when you call back it says it is not a working number.STOP CALLING
I received five calls yesterday from this number. They started before noon and continued till 8:30 last night. DO NOT ANSWSER THESE CALLS!

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
