Something to the effect that you will be arrested if you don't call the number back...

This is a scam. Robo call stating there is legal action pending against you and that you need to call back if you have not retained an attorney. The then state a random "case number" to reference when you call. This is fake. Block the number.

Received a text from this number saying I had won a $1,000 gift card from WalMart for filling out a survey. I didn't fill out a Walmart survey. Had a code to text back. I deleted it.

Missed the call and called back, automated voice answered and explained it's a charity service and they will call repeatedly. After removing name from call list, they say it'll take at least 30 days to be removed. Scam suspicion

"John Goodman" claims to be from FTC and tried to get my elderly mother to send over $800 so she could collect 3 million dollars. TOTAL SCAM. The guy keeps calling.

Called and stated that a acquaintance (Justin) was in jail and needed $3,000.00 bail. When told that there was no way possible to pay that amount they lowered it to $1,400.00. When told no, they hung up abruptly.

and tell them to take me off the list which NEVER happens.

They called at 9:57am on 11/27.

Claim my SSN has been found in some suspitious activity. I must speak to an agent now or I will lose my "social".

Because of suspicious activity, they are issuing a warrant for my arrest unless I call them immediately. I'll wait until the police show up.
