I answered the call, and after making some unintelligible noise, the caller hung up. Sounds like a failed robocall.

Left VM about this number is involved in fraudulent activities and to call back before they start legal proceedings. I have not and will not call back. Number blocked.

I was not able to ask them to not call because there is no one to ask, it's a recording and you can't get anyone to answer if you call the number back.
