someone just called my cell phone number and when I answered the person hung up. I called the number immediately from my office and he said "hello" and hung up again.

Thanks for what you do! My son just called me and had a voicemail from this number. They said he had failed to appear before a magistrate. No mention of County or State. I would like to rid the world of these people!!!

They keep calling and I have blocked but they use another number.

Got two calls from this number, in a flurry of maybe eight calls within a couple of minutes. The others came from different numbers, but it makes sense that all or most of them are the same person, calling from different numbers
