This same company calls me at least once a day.

I didn't answer. They said "hello?" like 5 times in a voicemail, then hung up. Obviously a robocaller since she wasn't aware it went to voicemail.

Deceptive marketing practice - call states they are "calling from the shipping department trying to arrange delivery" of the product they are trying to sell.

They were following up on a call o placed to them previously. The company is legitimate.

I got a text to my cell phone out the bike from this number. Stating App# 0554** preapproved. For what? I never sent any text or visited any websites to get preapproved.

They call every day, many times twice a day. They have more numbers than Carter's has liver pills. I owe nothing. I never answer. I just look the number up, and if it is confirmed as them, I block it.
