Received a couple times. When I answer, a female, in a bit of an exasperated voice, says hello at the same time then says nothing. So I hang up and go to the computer to look it up. Nothing!

Caller tells you you have been named in a lawsuit and failure to return the call will result in legal action

The same automated message seems to come from couple of numbers - that you have won a lottery etc.

Call comes in and it does a continuous 2 beeps until my answering machine cuts it off after 2 minutes.

These calls start around 9:00 am and continue until as late as 10:00 pm.

Unknown female voice left recorded voicemail on our phone telling us to call the aforementioned phone number to refinance our mortgage.

No way to ask to be taken off their call list.
