Called twice in a row with no VM, I called back and got this automated message saying this number is restricted and to contact customer service. Found nothing about this number aside from this website
said that I was awarded a spot to do product testing for an anti aging cream then same number said that I would be a test person for a weight loss. spelling was off, did not seem right and wanted me to click on a link. no thanks.

This person called claiming to be from Medicare pain management. When I started asking questions back she hung up.

This Number has been used today by someone else (VIRTUAL ), "maybe Douglas Chacon, from Houston, TX. He is a Scammer, and used to use other's people numbers to do calls and sell "Bit Coins: (Fraud Alert to this guy.)

called my cell- don't know anyone from NYC. When I get calls from NYC, it usually ends with a prerecorded message in Chinese. Likely a spoofed number.
