Very frequent caller. Will not leave a message on my answering machine

Call from them today and last week - I called the number last week from a different phone and couldn't understand what the answering person even said!

This was a lady calling our business trying to sell advertising she said. Only wanted to talk to owners. Said she had their cell numbers which is not true. Might be a scammer. Who really knows. She lied about having their cell though.

This comes up as a Medicare pain specialist but is very fraudulent. When I asked where they got my information (they were calling a business number), they told me to go to hell and hung up.
