This was a pre-recorded female voice but did not identify the caller or company. Then proceeded to get threatening and say "we have tried other means to reach you" etc. I hung up at that point as I am in good standing with all my accounts.

Message claims that the reader can win free VISA Gift Cards (fake), with a link leading to a very suspicious link asking for your credit card information. Anyone who receives message from this number should beware and report !

they said they were with social security and when I asked if they were with the federal government the guy said to f**k myself then and hung up

This number belongs to a robocall center. If you don't say anything when you answer it will hang up. If you try calling this number, it says that the person is unavailable.
