Caller is some sort of religious fire and brimstone yeller!, I have called the number and receive a recording.

Sent an email stating that they have upgraded my system and was going to charge me 961 each month unless I cancelled the service. We never had any contact with them at all. Definitely a scam.
I also received a call about appearing in front of a judge for federal criminal charges. I tried to call it back just to see what would happen and it just hangs up.

I didn't answer the phone but they call me five or six times per day, every single solitary day.

Received a call from this number this afternoon, ignored it as I didn't know it. Seems, on the basis of other comments, to be a generally untrustworthy number.
Just received the same message with a creepy recording...Number should be reported to the actual SS office. Block the number!
