guessing it is another scam, spoofer, or somebody who has nothing more to do.

The call is an electronic voice saying there is some suspicious activity with my social security number. It is clearly a scan as if there was an actual person would notify the person.

Calls numerous times a day and changes the last 4 numbers each time.
