Individual using the DHL name for fraudulent purposes. Auto dialer language in Chinese. Press 9 to speak with a person. This individual also speaks Chinese. When asked to please stop calling, the Chinese speaker replied in Spanish language.

I looked up the number and it was listed as a Sprint cell phone in Perris CA.

"Victoria Caldwell" calling to verify personal information. Says "district county will be notified if no cooperation is given." Uses scare tactics.
