It's likely not that address - they have found a way to 'collect' and spoof numbers - I had a woman call me and ask why i called her - i never have.
This number calls me several times a month. I never answer and they don't leave a message. I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry but they still call. Scam suspicion

Voicemail said they were trying to reach me about my cars warranty and that they recently sent me something in the mail about my extended warrantee expiring...I have never taken out an extended warranty on any vehicle.

It's a recording saying there's been reported fraudelent activity with your ss number and they are going to prosecute if you don't call them back they don't answer.
