I recieved 2 charges from OAN 7/30/08 and 8/4/08. OAN states they will credit the unauthorized charges and that remains to be seen. Verizon states they cannot remove the charges and will charge me a late fee if i refuse to pay the contested charges. My brother coincidentally made 2 calls to Bank of America however he was prompted to dial a 10 10 number which is handled by the same OAN company. the calls he made were on the same day not on different days like the charges i received and he hung up when the voice stated the charges neither did he authorize a charge. Verizon did a block on my phone so no company can bill my phone. and i called OAN 800-892-8424 and had them block the access codes and numbers from my phone. I hope this works and helps

OK FIRST OFF!! to use the service someone may of been looking for an 800 number like many of u people were doing!!! NOW if that number was changed or disconnected a pre-recorded message will come on the line telling the caller if you want the new number you have to dial 10-15-15-8000 or 10-10-27-5000. after hearing that message the caller has to hang up and dial one of those numbers. so its ur choice if you wanna be charged!! and if it says anything about a fee isn't that ur first clue to hang up??!!! and if anyone here mentioned that if you call the company its THERE POLICY TO ISSUE U A FULL REFUND!!!!!! so u get every penny back even if u used the service and its not re-accuring its like a 411!!!! so everyone here thats complainging about the service should read this and shut ur pie holes and call the company cuz they give u ur money back. and if everyone wasn't so cheap u wouldn't get worked up over $7??? like r u people serious?? wtf?? wut has the world come to and the sad part is again u get every penny back. and i wud no everything im saying is correct cuz i work for the company and its sick to see wut u guys say about it

In an attempt to retrieve the balance on a gift card, I accidentally dialed 800 followed by the number instead of 888 followed by the number listed on the back of the gift card. A message told me to call 1015158000. I am glad I Googled it first to see it was a scam. Thanks for your posts.

I had a charge of $620 on my credit card from something called Rlioo Collection. I called my bank, Wells Fargo, to find out what it was for, and all they could do was give me a phone number that was attached to that charge - 877 822 5050. When I call that, guess what? - I get the message to call 1015158000 for a small fee!

I also received a charge of $7.14 on my recent bill. The phone company said to call OAN directly. OAN said it was a mistake and will send me a check in 7-10 days. I believe it was billed when we called back an 800 # we missed on a call. What a scam!!!!!!!!!

800-605-8440 missed call showed on my Verizon cellular phone at approximately 15.03 hrs EDT 19 August 2004.Since this is my business mobile telephone I called the 800 number back where I found an automated message about some directory assistance service for upwards of $5 US per call or minute and suggesting I call 101515800 . . . No, I was not dum enough to call the 101515800 . . .How do we stop these types of calls?

I hope you were successful. i was - the operator was very nice on the phone. I'm on with Verizon as I type this. This is a huge rip off and I am tired of this - put a block on your account.

I, too, tried to cancel the wu-yi tea and got the same thing. I am not paying for this tea. I'll cancel it on my credit card. They'll get nothing more from me. I also, would like to get a hold of this guy and tell him exactly what I think. I think this whole thing is a scam and they need to be found and dealt with.
