I got a call today from 1-123-456-7890. It was some guy claiming to be a lawyer.He asked for name and hung up. I was angry! Can anyone do anything with that information?

I received 4 calls in the past two days from this number...when I finally did answer it today, it was actually a TeleHealth Ontario nurse calling me back. So I guess I am one of the rare cases that it was not a telemarketing or scam call.

this # is from friends/family members and telemarketers who downloaded Skype for unlimited ld calling from their computers for $2.95 a month...legit ld carrier...need a Skype headset from Walmart for $10.it's just an internet ld carrier that anyone can use, pretty new but excellent...my sis n'law in Hawaii told me about it and that's her way to keep in touch since she has a crappy cell phone carrier and their time zone difference...great FYI...have a good day!

he or she called talkin in a mad indian voice and he or she hung up and disconnected the phone

We are getting this calls repeatedly and it' driving me nuts. I dont' answer and I tell the kids not to. Several times a day, easy, the phone rings and it's "them". whoever them is!

Just got a call from this number. .I am in Winnipeg Manitoba. I suspected a rat and did not answer it. I have now used my call blocking on my digital phone to block it permanently.

I got the same call today, Primus with a long distance offer. asked to be taken off the calling list, so we'll see if that helps!

Don't EVER press "1" or any number when a message or number offers you anything to do with your credit card. Pressing a number can sometimes allow them to access your phone account and charge things to it, or they can talk you into giving them your credit card information and then using it.I went to my bank about this and they said it is a scam that the police are working on. No reputable bank or credit card company would ever offer anything over the phone and absolutely NEVER with an automated system. Please report these calls to your bank if the message uses your banks name, or your credit card company if they use your credit card company name.

i got a call from this number 1234567890. found it odd so i took the call. it was fron east indian women asking if i was the authorized person for this phone so i said no. she asked personal name and again i said no. finally i told her where to go like f.o. and hng up... it looks like they r trying to get you to authorize that you own the phone and want to use it to call india??? like i said f.o.
