Sherri and Stephen have struck again, I'm in Australia bought the unbeliveable package and have recieved no docos from them or had emails returned from them. I have now contacted the Fraud dept.

how come you seem to be the only person who has had a positive response and everyone else is not happy about the service, are you legite yourself or a make-up client?

i don't believe you ere sincere about your apology coz when i spoke to you (stephen) on the phone you were very dismissive and arrogant about hte whole situation threatening to end the phone call coz you said there was not point to continue with anyy discussions re; refunds as nothing would be done by yorselves or anyone until the 5th of may to rectify my case, if i recall well you us brits were paranoid and obsessed with litigation

File a fraud report with both your bank and your local police departmentagainst tropical grand, rinku. Also get on the Do Not Call Registry for telemarketers. The Florida Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services should have been able to help. Good luck!
