Hi There, Here is the process for retrieving any funds. When you receive your information pack, return this to the sender via REGISTERED Post. Include in this return package a letter of cancellation and the documents that they have sent you. Post this off and keep a copy of the receipt and tracking details.Contact your bank and advise them what you are doing.. After 40 days contact your financial institution to see if a refund has occurred. If it has not then you need to lodge a dispute. Your financial institution will require a copy of the postal receipt/tracking details and a copy of the letter of cancellation. I hope this helps.....
Just wanted to let "stephen" know of "Tropical BULLSH*T Vacations" that I'll be doing everything in my power to track you guys down. You guys have taken my mum like many others for this 'fraudulent ride' and I will be reporting you to the relevant authorities in the US. Be careful who you mess with.
Register your number on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER DNCR.GOV.AU. If you are already registered with the DNCR, please report this company as they are in breach of Australian legislation and the matter will be investigated. Also this is a message for Steven Rice. You are not a legitimate business, you have no Ethics. Legitimate businesses have ethics they don't prey on the elderly and the vulnerable with deceptive tactics. Why don't you call American's and annoy them with your pseudo legal telemarketing. Oh that's right your government has bankrupted the people so there is no money to fleece.... Thank you and goodnight.
MR STEPHEN RICE keeps quoting, these are legit offers!!! I have no reason to believe this, like all of you, i too have been promised my money back. YES he,(STEPHEN RICE)did reply, and offer a resulotion, as quoted in his blog on 15 April 08, but this has not happened. JEREMY TOWNSEND, you seem to be the lucky one! I have today been in contact with my card issuer and will be initiating action in 5 days if this matter is not resolved.I have emailed you, STEPHEN RICE telling you this, and welcome you to come good this time, so i like JERRY TOWNSEND!!!!!! can assure all these unhappy people wether you are actually a man true to his word or just a con artist that is going to come unstuck very soon?
Hi, I have already lodged a dispute with my bank re this as I know I am not going to get what I have paid for. Should I accept the package when (or if) it comes or refuse to take it and have it returned to sender?
My wife fell for this, they took £200. Has soon as she told me, I knew it was a scam and worst of all it happend on a bank holiday. The best thing to do is educate everyone we know to recognise a scam.e.g. When told not to tell anyone Real prize winners don't have to pay money out for anything. If you get a phone call or email offering to good to be true offers then there a scam. If you want something like a holiday, go and do it with a company that you know is legit. Question yourself how they got your details. If they keep contacting you tell them you have already bought what they are offering. Use the internet or other ways to check them out first.P.S. I think that those writing positive feedback are all one in the same person still believing that they haven't been rumbled yet. Well they have, and I have never failed to find and prosecute people, it's a my job and I love it.
No they did not tell me I had won, I assumed what I was buying was legit. I am never going to get what I paid for as I have phoned the Company 20 times in the past 2 days to book the accommodation I have paid for and they do not answer. If this was a legitimate Company they would have answered the phone. I did partkae in one earlier on in the year through the Australian RCI and I was very happy with it but at least I got what I paid for, but NEVER again will I agree to buy a holiday over the phone. Its despicable people like you working for a Company that is not going to honour their sales who make it bad for the genuine Companies.
Are you in Australia? I too have been conned and have made a complaint to the bank and they will send me a dispute form to sign and return. Should I go to the police and report this as well
FINALLY! I have today been credited with a full refund, as promised by Stephen Rice.I have no idea if the whole holiday offer is a scam or not, and i would advise anyone offered one of these packages to do so at your own risk. What i can say is that, when i called (0808 2347528) after 1700HRS UK time, 9 out of 10 times i got an answer, on a couple of occasions i was called back by Stephen Rice and he did reply to my emails (sent to qa@cwrpromotions.info).I am certainly not Jeremy Townsend, I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A FULL REFUND, as promised, and sincerley hope you all get your money back too. DON'T GIVE UP.
