30th of june i also received a phone call from tropical grand vacations.. omg im so stupid that i gave my bank details.. after 5 min i rang to my bank and asked to cancel but they couldnt i have rung to many departments and they said first you we to see who took your money and then you will get your money back in 2 weeks. today i saw who took my money,i rang to that department straight away and?? they said they cannot help me !!!!!! what the f*** is going on??? they said i have to wait 30 days to receive a holiday package and then ask for refund.. if i dont receive in 30 days then i have to ring them again and bank will give my money back,but also it will take time- about 30 days!!! omg!!!!!!!!! how it can be? i want my money back, now i know im not gonna receive that package and what else, they gave me (that tropical grand vacations) incorrect number so how can i contact them?? why bank can't do do anyhing?? i was talking to many people and they say different things.. tomorrow i will go to bank and they must give my money bank. i pay insurance every month,so smth has to be done! help me please. what to do??? if i had lots of money, it would be nothing.. but now almost 500£ its a lot for me.. ;////

thanks to the blog i got the same treatment but they told me they had me referred by a friend who was staying in 1 of there hotels and she gave me the address to type in and it came up with all the blogs so i was reading them as they waffled on i then read them to her and she passed me on to a guy and i asked him the phone number and office and place he was from i then told him that i had the address she gave me and he cut me off lol well done you thanks to love jackie xxx

Yes I got ripped off big time by mygrandvacations.com - ALL ABSOLUTE LIES AND DISHONESTY!!!!! They promised to refund my money and have done nothing! The same people answered the phone and I got the feeling that they were playing games with me - big time. I was put on hold so many times it was unbelievable. I was transferred to voice mails so many times I couldn't believe it even when I mentioned I was from Australia, it was the middle of the night and I wanted to speak with someone directly. If that is what you call customer service it may be time to employ genuine, sincere, helpful and honest telephone assistants whose priority is to 'help the customer'. I just hope that the 1800 number was a free call service for me otherwise I am up for a massive phone bill. I am in desperate need of my money back which was withdrawn from my account on the 12th of December and want to organise this immediately. Finally got the package on the 1st of July. So that's over 5 weeks, that it took to get here when they claimed it would be in 5-10 working days.I photocopied everything in it, including the request for a refund of my money. I sent it out registered post.I have not heard back from this mob yet, nor have I gotten my money back. It has been sent back to them within the 30 day period. I am not impressed by how this mob operates & if my account is not reimbursed I shall take legal action against them. I have already reported them to the Florida Board. I am a physically dissabled person with the cancer and ms and was called yesterday evening around 9pm which is late for me asking to pess 9 as i had apparantly WON a holiday i was pressurised into giving them my credit card details to pay a one time payment to secure it that day . At the time of the very long phone call with 3 different people I was then an hour past having to take my medication for the cancer and my ms and felt very ill and after being bullied into giving my details from 3 of the people who i am sure change there names just to make out there are more people assisting in this fraud as soon as i put the phone down i called my bank and they had allready taken money out of my account for nearly £500 . I told them i did not have money in my personal account & was told to " borrow" money from 1 of my other accounts to proceed with the transaction so they had 2 of my credit card details . I got off the phone and googled this and found this blog . Like others i was told to write there web address into the addressbar and not to google it . I called my bank and now i do not have a way to withdraw my money as both cards have been stopped and i need to pay my carers with 1 of my accounts . I cannot belive that theese people pray on the vunerable and get away with it . Why say you have won something when you have not ? I am calling the police and am also going to call everyone i can to resolve this matter . Stevn if you are reading i would appreciate a full refund and not in a few weeks or months . Tropical Grand Vacation Scam call the police if they call you !Tropical Grand Vacation Scammers & Fraudsters are NOT a repuatable Company you and youre friends are scammers and fraudsters that over the years have gone by MANY different names as I have now found out by doing some research along with going bancrupt once they have people's details and have scammed them out of money ( read more on the web about them )ANY Repuatble Company has customer services openly available to Countries at the Countries times & not from where the person or a few people running the scam are located UK opening time is 6PM until 11 PM !!Misleading , Lying & Conning people all the way through the process by firstly telling me & others that We have WON a FREE HOLIDAY to be passed onto a second Con Artist who tells you in detail about the so called wonderful free holiday that I & other's have Won taking youre details as they go along & once you think you have finished they go onto passing me & others onto the 3rd con artist that is once they allready have youre details & the 3rd con artist goes on to tell you that they tape "this part" of the call for YOURE SAFETY( i had allready given my details , unwillingly to con artist number 2 & I thought that the WHOLE CALL would be " taped for safety reasons " ESSPECIALLY AS i HAD allready given out my details " ?? )who then goes onto taking youre card details etc YET AGAIN and once they have youre details they then go onto tell you that you may not go to the locations "YOU WON" that the other two con artists have told you about in GREAT DETAIL then con artist number 3 goes onto tell you AFTER they have ALL youre details that you put a few choices down and if they can't give you youre first choice they will offer you whatever is available at the time you want to go , con artist number 3's conversation is an extreemly short one unlike con artist 1 and 2 who basically LIE about EVERYTHING and off course by that time the damage is allready done !TROPICAL GRAND VACATIONS SCAMMERS YOURE FAULSE INFORMATION IS MISLEADING & IT IS AGAINST THE LAW NO IF'S BUT'S OR MABY'S .I was TOLD TO BY SCAMMER 2 AND 3 TO " BORROW MONEY " from my other account even though I told them repeatedly that the money in the other account was NOT MY MONEY to use and that it was the Goverments money used to pay my carers WHO HELP ME LIVE LIFE INDEPENDANTLY.I was told that I was " ONLY BOROWING THE MONEY & IT WOULD BE PAID BACK ".I am a physically ( NOT MENATALLY )dissabled person .
