You welcome me to contact you which I have done repeatedly and you have NEVER responded once, and its damn right impossible to talk to a recorded message which is all you ever get when you dial the toll free number that is manned 6 days a week 7-11!!!!????I would welcome you to contact me Stephen as I am sick of trying to contact you with NO replies. Have a Lovely day.PS Just tried that toll free number below and its 12.30 pm Thursday June 19th and they tell me to ring back business hours, I thought this time was business hours??????? PLEASE EXPLAIN THAT
Mandy, you were scammed by these mongrels. Do what you've got to do. And good luck!
Hi Jolene, have you been able to contact Mr Stephen Rice and have you had any luck with a refund. I have not. He has not responded to 1 of my 15 emails nor can you get through on the phone report them to Florida Department Agriculture & Consumer Affairs, the more complaints they receive about this dodgy company the better.
I have reported about the scam of tropical grand vacations to Florida Dept of Agriculture& Consumer Services, but they are not at all helpful..I asked them also to let me know whether tropical grand vacations is a fraud or authentic company, but got no reply frm them, I am still struggling with my credit card company, to get my money back....and interestingly again i got a call frm this f****ng company, on my landline and tellin me that I have own a vacation to florida...people pls beware of this professional fraud company....
You were lucky to get a refund I have been trying for 5 weeks all to NO avail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The company is total BS! Avoid it like the plague. And get your money back by any means necessary when you have been ripped off by it.
This explanation just needs to be posted one more time:I used to work for a similar company, and I honestly LOVE seeing how people think they are being scammed, but in reality they are not. You just used the word "scam" because you know that someone was good enough to convince you to hand over cc details and buy a vacation that most likely you will never use...then you feel foolish and as a defense mechanism, turn it around saying that you were scammed. Nobody tells you you won anything...legally we're not allowed too! In the years I have been working in this business, in nobody's script does it say the word WON...because then THAT would be misleading! Go ahead and assume whatever you want , think whatever you want when you get those phone calls! You're just mad because you probably too bought a vacation and a. never used it; b. felt ashamed that you spent X amount on a vacation that you may never use and tried to cancel; c. felt like an idiot because you actually thought you won a free holiday when in fact you're just hearing those voices in your head trying to convince you that you did hear the word free or won; d. all of the above.La di la!
