I have emailed the company more than once with my name, address and phone number. I have had no response, Kerry, but I am glad you will be receiving your refund,though. In spite of my efforts, I have received only an email from the company on June 10th. Even that was in the wrong name. I sent 'Troppo' an email informing them of the fact, but have had no further response.

Repart what happened to your bank and they will get you to fill out a statutory declaration also the police. I don't know if the bank got anywhere but the refund appeared on my next bank statement.

Pat,I assume it might be possible that you have not taken the time to read my postings on this website. If your mother purchased a package she has done so at her own consent. All of our vacation packages are sold on a basis of having 30 days from the day of receiving the package in which to review it all and if it is determined that the vacation is not suitable our clients have the right to send it back within the 30 days of receiving it and by doing so will receive a full refund at no penalty or obligation to themselves. I find it very disturbing that you have mentioned I should "rott in hell" as my purpose of putting these blogs is to ensure any and all clients have a way of contacting myself for any concerns so that I may recitfy them. I was called on the 27th of June and they telled me i had won a holiday in florida with 80% off. They wanted the money straight away, as she was takling to me i went on google and it saved me the trouble of listining to her any moreand i put the phone down. Then my friend grandad came and he telled me he had 2 phone calls last night and they wre very late. I explaned i had googled them and not to talk to the again.

I was called on 26th of may at 8pm and as I am skeptical about these sorts of phone calls I didn't take the offer or give them personal details because I googled them when they were talking and thanks to this blog I saved myself a bit of trouble, also try asking how they got your number because they told me when i asked that they were referred it by some hotel company that I stayed at but the funny thing is i don't stay in hotels so thankyou to all those who posted on here to help me hang up the phone on the prick who couldn't get my name right at all, so power to the people and I hope all you guys get refunds one day and this "company" gets whats coming to them. and send out emails warning about these scammers, if everyone knows then they can hang up straight away

I feel like an absolute schmuck. The website www.calypsocay.com, seemed to disappear after their 8 hour promotion finished, ironic. The fact they reduced the package to $349, just for me, seemed to good to be true. They called me back three times, honestly they must have been desperate, or I sounded like a real schmuck. I thought that was awesome, but obviously I showed some serious interest. I actually stalled them to get at my wifes fantastic plastic, what a dude. Then, (THEN, what an idiot! I should have researched before saying YES) I found this site which indicated it might be a scam. Now it appears the 1-800 number is not in use. I'll keep tryingBe aware of Jeff Adamms, George Adams and Victoria Bradford, they are really nice people. Do ya think they would be nasty and actually tel ya they was gonna scam ya?
