I am a paralegal who has been doing certain research regarding local business practices. Horizon Products is indeed a legitimate company and has never been closed by any commissions. The libel on here, although a free country to state, is highly inaccurate and seems to be quite slanderous (for example: why would anyone comment on an owner's personal life? What does that have to do with his practice?).

Got a call from "Dave" saying had a gift for regular customers. Work with rep from other company named Dave. Assumed it was him until mentioned all purpose cleaner that we order " regularly". Get all cleaners from one source and rep is not "Dave". After a couple of minutes asked who he was with again and he said horizon products. Told him we don't do business with that company. Hung up on me.

This is the sports-hat scam. That is where they call you with a 'free gift'. Once they get a name & address the 'free gift' comes - Then comes the $500.00 light bulbs.

Just tell them you will call the FTC and the AG. They will not sue you even though they threaten so. They may send to a half [***] collection agency. They won't go to court either. Tell them you will call the FTC too. I am in the collection room typing this now. The collection manager is a truly uneducated girl named tabitha. There is no Jeff Silvers. That is the owners fake name. The owner is Dennis Saccurato.
