Sometimes it shows Horizon Products and then sometimes Corporate Office and then private as well. Ask for a guy in our shop that doesn't even have access to phone and usually they call back to back. How do you get these types to quit calling.

Got a call from Horizon today 800-525-4077, calling about an open invoice and discounts they are offering. Scam sensor went off and am glad I found this site. The sticky sweet caller Carol sounded a little to sketchy. She left a voice mail so I'm expecting additional call as I'm not going t return her call. The people are unbelievable.

got a call from "horizon products" on 12/10, steam rolled the secretary into purchasing air freshener for the office. The secretary clearly said "I do not have authority to place any orders," they sent it anyway, via UPS a few days later. We refused delivery and a few days after that received an invoice for $289.65.Spoke with this real piece of work Carol, she was incredibly nasty and actually hung up on me after I asked her how she got our number for the office. I will file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general for NJ this afternoon, seems like this chop shop need to be shut down.DONT PURCHASE/GIVE TIME OF DAY to any monkey from this half [***] company. FYI the owners name is Dennis Saccurato.

this company is terrible their reps actually lie to perspective customers by telling them they're new to the distributor they're currently using. they will name drop to convince the customer that they are representing their current company. generally this information can be found online just by doing a little research. they will also charge twice what the product is worth by saying it has new chemistry. how sad they are definitely on my watch list all my customers will know about this scam.

Called work today saying that they had just came back from a trade show and had come stuff to sell... of course this was after he said someone wrote down out name wrong and was trash talking foreign countries... total scum bag...

I have recieved a delivery from horizon products west, i do not remember ordering this , I contacted them and they played an audio saying it was me ordering, I requested to return a product I can not use,andasked for the return advise note number and delivery address, they refuse togive me any information until I paid 130dollarreturn fee, has this happened to anybody else ifso what should I do? My order value was 309dollarsHaving checked on BBB they are top of the complaints list ,any advise ?

Do NOT deal with don turner - he is a BS artist like the rest of these cronies! I called him a few weeks ago about an unsolicited order sent to one of our employees. Don lied cursed at me and threatened me. He claimed they had a secret recording with the employees voice on it ordering stuff - BS! Don even had the gall to call me a highly offensive and racist comment. I have already contacted my local attorney generals office and also made complaints with the bbb. RUN away from these sheisters. Better yet report them to the proper authorities and shut them down!
