Anyways, I proceeded to continue asking the purpose of his call, he became "enraged" (his words) and began screaming at me. I left him on hold for ever, sit there laughing about it with the office. He called back, screamed some more. Finally, my superior got on the phone and they exchanged some words about how they tried ripping us off in the past and then hung up. Then he calls back 5 more times until I finally pick up and he tells me and my superior to "grow some balls" and I'm a female.Then "Peter Harris" called back because he heard about the call so I told him to let Bill Scott know we grew some balls and I hung up on him.
