What do you mean hijacked your phone? This just happened to me. Some girl I'm talking to said it was so I could be on her emergency call list for her work.
Number called at 7am. We were sleeping. We had no idea who or what it was, so we didn't answer it. Obviously we were not setting up a google account at the time, you know, since we were sleeping and all. Then, suddenly, we get two texts with this "verification code" in it. Needless to say...we didn't put in the code or answer the phone. We went back to sleep.
