Of you signed up for the list online, you had to check a box where you agreed to the rules surrounding the list, one of which stated that those which are exempt (political parties, survey companies, charitable organizations, and companies you deal with or have dealt with in the past 36 months) are permitted to call you. Surely you aren't one of those people who check off boxes without reading things opening yourself up to online ridicule are you?

Sounds like a scam. 911 might call you back IMMEDIATELY if you accidentally called 911 and hung up. But not 2 weeks later. I wouldn't give any info. If 911 called they would already know you, so not have to ask personal questions.
