I started getting these calls after creating an Office 365 Trial online. I did not answer, however, for two reasons. One is that I'm not interested in a sales call from a trial. Two, it is very easy for scammers to spoof a legitimate Microsoft support number. I send them straight to voicemail, because I do not believe that Microsoft is so hard up that they make sales calls. Proceed with caution unless you've initiated the request for Microsoft to call you.
Just discovered that this is a legit c/s number associated with Microsoft support - my husband initiated a call back from them.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
