This is one of the many Microsoft Office 365 support out-going trunks. If you get a call from this number, it's likely a customer service agent calling you about an open support incident.
you couldn't possibly have been 100% sure of this since you took the time to look up the number. Or are you one of the scammers doing damage control and trying to make people think that you are working for Microsoft to get access to their computers so that you can steal money and information?

I work for an MSP and initiated a ticket with Microsoft 365 through our partner portal. About 30 minutes later I got a call from this number with the ID being "Clean Harbor" as well. It was the actual Microsoft support callback. Not sure why the ID shows Clean Harbor (maybe a company that used to have the number?) but it was legit. I think they are revamping their support and might be one of the numbers they obtained for it.
Just got a call from this number saying that someone at this number initiated a tech support call for Office 365 support. Although they didn't know what the domain was associated with our O365 account. They had a heavy indian accent. I can't tell if it was a scam because we have lots of people in our company that could of called. Right before I hung up he asked me what my domain was and I told him I wouldn't give it to them.
