I keep getting calls from 207-710-0712.They say I have fraudulent activity attached to my social. I know I haven't done anything but it scared me. What can I do?

I have now received 4 phone calls from this telephone number. They have been received at my office, which is a federal work place. The caller states that I have 2 separate charges being filed against me in my home county due to fraudulent activity reported for my Social Security number. They tell me that I must call the Legal Processing Department back or forfeit my rights if I receive the summons without speaking to them.

Saying i have to pay so they don't summons me told them several times to stop calling me

They have been calling me to from 2077100712. When I ask for proof on a loan, they state they are just the middle man for the loan company. So I asked for the name of the loan company and their contact information. And if course they can't provide that to me unless I agree to pay. I then asked for the address to send in the money requested and they couldn't provide that either. Since I know I don't owe any payday loan, I told mr. Jackson she should be ashamed of himself and I will be praying for his soul. He cursed me and hung up the phone.

These people keep calling me about a payday loan in 2011, which is really freaky because they have my OLD information. do not buy into it, it is a scam.

i also got this call yesterday and today! Tells me I have fraudulent activity attached to my social from 2004! They also called me back in December about this! It's ridiculous they just want money. I've never seen any paper work concerning this matter! Scam!!

Keep getting calls threatening a summons to be served and that when I recieve it my rights will be forfeited. I am not stupid. Not falling for it. But it is getting old they call my cell and home.

These idiots called my business looking for a person who doesn't work here.I called back to advise them of same and to tell them to REMOVE MY NUMBER from their calling list.Person I spoke with was typically ignorant uneducated woman who kept saying "Ma'am" very loudly because apparently she couldn't hear me, and yet I could hear her fine.Scammers, leaches, blood suckers, pointless people who call and take up valuable business time. - GET LOST!!

they r try to get you never mind they they call me to i find out its scam.

They have been calling my husband for well over 1month now. I got one of the scamming [***] operators on the line late one afternoon a couple weeks back and he said he could only talk to me if I could verify my husbands S.S . I laughed at him and said I'd NEVER give up that info, and neither would my husband. I told him I had researched the number and knew thi to be a B.S SCAM, and then he said, "well your husband has until tomorrow by 5pm to resolve this issue or we will push the charges thru- I said ,DO IT!!!They stopped calling from that number that night ,but a few days later we got the same message from another number in another state. These people are relentless. GIVE THEM NOTHING!!!!
