Scam. Doesn't leave message or when you return call says please hold if you have your case number. Needs to be track and shut down. I am assuming they are trying to extort money.

don't give any information to any one on phone if you ow money to any one they should send paper work they try to scam people .

Ya ,they are full of it. I contacted my local representives and reported the calls. I was told that hundreds of thousands of these calls are made everyday, usually from over seas using computers to make the calls. They switch numbers frequently and are difficul to catch. It's up to us ,(the potential victim) to know our rights, and hopefully be aware that most debt collectors or summons reps, do not call you at home and behave this way. a summons officer WILL NEVER Call you at home. Unfortunately they are able to scare a lot of unsuspecting people into paying these "fines" ,that are usually rather high. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS, DONT EVER GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

They claim jake burke has two warrants for felony fraud, when called back they put on hold for ever, this is a cell phone they are calling ( a prepaid one ) so they are trying to use up my minutes, save them as a scammer they stop calling by that phone number a change itthey call from these numbers855-238-6058360-460-5964972-543-5200206-276-8396207-710-0712312-273-1211302-861-5020802-284-4139if we start posting these list of numbers and post them to www.Ripoffreport.Comas scammers they will find out america not stupid [***]

Left a message saying I will be served papers at work if I do not return the call. knew it was a scam. I reported. 207-710-0712

Scammers, just ignore and put on reject list....

got a call reporting the same as these other people. Called and on hold. Why can't these people get a real job and leave us the Hell alone.

They called and left a voicemail for my husband saying he had fraudulent activity attached to his name and ss#. Obviously scared us at first but he's no criminal so he looked up the number because they wouldn't answer and there's been many reports of the people calling from this number being scammers! They've called us for the last 2 days and we also got a call from a (844) area code which doesn't exist saying that he'll be served with papers in the county we live in which they don't even have right because the county they used we haven't lived in in over 3 years! My husband hasn't had the chance to answer when they call because he works but he wants to record what they say and play along for a little while then give them a piece of his mind!!

I have been receiving the same calls from 207-710-0712. After reading everything here I have filed a complaint with FCC, Attorney Generals Office and also the FBI as well. I drove to my local police station. They called the # from the police station and after a half hour on hold they hung up. Nothimg local police can do for me without their identity to file charges right now. The other three seemed to have known exactly what I was filing my complaint about. Apparently I am not the first to contact them. All I can say is this. The more people who call or file online complaints with The FCC, Attorney Generals Office AND The FBI as well the better. That is the only way they will know exactly how widespread this whole MONEY SCAM is. So please ALL of you please file complaints. Do no just vent here and let it go or it will never end for any of us
