The ARC called AGAIN. As usual, I didn't answer. Why in the world would I donate to a thrift store that is not even in my state? I don't care if they do have a truck in my area. I will donate my items to a local shop, thank you very much. There ought to be a law against out of state solicitations like this. I consider this to a scam rather than a non-profit call. The owner of the shop profits from every item sold, and since he can't get enough stuff to support his lifestyle in his local area, he tries to collect it from neighboring states.
This number has called me multiple times as well and I have no idea how they got my number.
They call occasionally on my cell, leave no message or a message that they will be in the area with a truck. I live 120 miles from Boise. They are now blocked AGAIN.
This number is The Arc, a non-profit donation center. I was getting several calls per day from them. I don't live in their pick-up area. All you need to do is get on their website and ask (politely!) to be placed on their do not call list! I chatted with a very nice person and explained I am not in their pick up area and they were happy to take my number off of the list. I am sure they would be happy to remove anyone from the list regardless of why. Sometimes all you need is a little patience and politeness...
Wow....6 pages of rude/intrusive calls from ARC. Do you not get it....don't know how they got my cell phone number, but it is BLOCKED.
Please do not make unwanted calls period, but especially when no human is available to greet a person that answers. Pretty ridiculous, no?
This number literally blew up my phone 3 times in a row in the middle of a business meeting. Very embarrassing. Thanks ARC...

They call me constantly! I had a different number before and the whole six years they would call 12+ times a day. I had to send them a written letter to get them to stop. I got a new number last fall and now they have my new number. Oh my god! How the [***] do they keep getting my number? I have never had any crap for them to pick up, I have never called them, but still they do this constantly. I HATE the ARC.
