Clearwater has called me nightly at 9pm plus/minus 10 minutes, for a solid month. They have also tried earlier in the daytimes. This is ridiculous and is harrasment, I have a daily log of calls from these guys, have asked nicely twice and NOT nicely three times for them to stop and yet they continue. Thanks for nothing, NYS!! And to think I pay my taxes....

My cell is for emergencies only and they call it a few times a week. I am on the Do Not Call Registry.

Honey, you must have a sad and angry life to put something like this on here. Does it feel good to talk like that to people you don't have to face? Do you talk like that to those you do have to face? I will send you love, because apparently you just aren't getting enough at home. Oh, and you obviously need some compassion too, because my friend, it is YOU who seem to be lacking intelligence.

Got a call last night (around 7pm EST) from this number on my cell. I didn't pick up since I didn't recognized the number. They left a message. It was the PA Dept. of Health for a survey. Just got another call (3:30pm EST). No message left this time. Just checking what the word on the net is for these people (Curious). Since I have the option to answer or not, and I basically leave my phone on vibrate, no matter when they call; they really are not disturbing me. I guess everyone needs a job.

My husband and I have received 3 call per week for the past month. The last two times he asked them to take our name on their calling list and apparently that didn't make a difference. I received a call today and told the woman that I would report her and the company for harassment if they called again. So annoying!

No, she is not "off." You probably didn't answer the preliminary screening questions to get yourself off of the calling process. If you had answered, you'd have been disqualified.

Which means that it does not apply to government research for the CDC. Those are not autodialed on cell nor are they telemarketing calls. If you want them to stop calling, just block the number.

Unplug your phone and miss calls that you actually want to take? That's ludicrous. Calling several times a day sometimes at 9:30 - 10:00 at night is ridiculous. If they are really being "helpful" they'd pick a time of the day when people aren't either sleeping or trying to relax after a long day. I've received three calls from this number, they've only left a message once stating that if they didn't hear back they would continue to call. It's borderline harassing to call someone several times even after being told to stop (politely). How is this helpful or providing any kind of a service?
