Why, if this is a real company, are tax dollars from my state being paid to someone is Boise, Idaho? Don't we have research companies (telemarketing companies) in Pennsylvania? There are a lot of people unemployed here who probably paid those tax dollars into the ... Employ them!
none of that information is anyone's business except your doctors. we keep getting calls from this number on both the cell and land line. we will not answer invasive questions posed by "our" government at the state or federal level.

The "NY State Department of Health" has called me every day for the past 10 days. I never pick up. It always goes to Voicemail. They always leave a message. I never call back. At SOME point, they may catch the drift.;)
