I have received this call for three consecutive days around the same time (during the noon hour) but have not answered the calls. Thanks for letting me know it's origin. It must be a computer generating these calls.
Wow me too, I live in Canada with a 519 area code and its only my cell they call so I called back on my house phone (long distance package) and I get the message this number is not in service please check the number so yup its bull!!! I definatly wont be answering that one!!

From The CRTC website""The National Do Not Call List and Cellphone NumbersThere is an e-mail circulating through Canada and the U.S. stating that all cellphone numbers will be released to telemarketers and that all cellphones should be registered on the National Do Not Call List (DNCL). Some of the information in the e-mail is incorrect: cellphone numbers will not be released to telemarketers. Will cellphone numbers be released to telemarketers? No – wireless telephone providers would require the permission of each of their subscribers before they could create or release a directory of cellphones. Consequently, a national cellphone directory is not available. Can cellphone numbers be registered on the National DNCL?Yes – any phone or fax number can be registered on the National DNCL. Registration lasts for five years. Should I register my cellphone on the National DNCL?It’s a personal choice. If you are currently receiving telemarketing calls on your cellphone and don’t want any telemarketers to call you, then you can register on the National DNCL. From the Canadian DNCL website:What happens to a US telemarketer who violates the Canadian National Do Not Call List rules?Telemarketers from the US, and other countries, making calls to Canadian consumers must still follow the CRTC’s Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules, including the National DNCL Rules. If a Canadian organization hires a telemarketing agency outside of Canada, and there's a complaint against the organization, it will be investigated by the CRTC. If a telemarketer has violated the Rules, the CRTC may impose a penalty of up to $1500 per violation for individuals and up to $15,000 per violation for corporations.Remember that whenever you receive a telemarketing call, you can ask the caller to add your phone number to their internal do not call list.
this number has been calling me daily from anywhere between 10am-11am for over a week now, I've only picked up once a couple months ago and it was the sound of a ship horn saying I won some cruise. After that the calls stopped and now out of nowhere they are starting up again. So irritating. Hopefully if i just continue to ignore them it will stop again.
