I took the call. So here are some tips:To keep it short, tell them you're married to Rupert Murdoch. Also, they need to get through the survey as quickly as possible. So if you have the free time, see how long you can keep them on the phone. Ask them their opinion on things, ask them the same questions they're asking you, whatever...and then when they ask the last 2 questions: how many live in your household and how old are you, give them ridiculous answers. It invalidates the survey.They will ask if you or anyone in your family works for a radio, newspaper, television, etc. If you want to keep it short and not have them call you again, the answer is "yes." They will ask which? I said all of them, I'm married to Rupert Murdoch. They were going to end the survey but I told them I was kidding so I could find out more.I kept them on the phone for almost a half hour.

I bought a Panasonic cordless 2 handset phone for $49.99 at Best Buy. It can block up to 50 calls. It's easy to do. You can block a caller ID so that if they call again the phone won't even ring. I read that Panasonic has phones out now that will block up to 250 calls...I may have to upgrade at some point in time.

I filed a complaint against this research group, with the Federal trade commission. I stated that they call my home phone, usually between 9 and 10 pm, even though I have repeated asked them not to call. The FTC cannot make them stop calling, but, will compare mine with other complaints, and address them.

Scarborough has called everyday for the last two or three weeks, Laura Kinkaid, if that is her real name, had the gall to write me a scolding letter and send me a whopping amount of a dollar to make me feel bad. I do not care about their scam survey. I don't see anybody surveying if I have enough food or can I pay my light bill this summer. I am going to send that dollar back to them and tell them what to do with it. Somehow, they need to be taught a lesson for being so cowardly and hiding their idenity behind a phone call. I am furious and fed up with these cowards.

They call every night, late in the evening.

I tell them it is $50.00 to answer a question. They say we will send it. I say sent the money, I will send you a special code and when you call have it available and I will answer the call. Mostly ignore the ring.
