Good answer. Better yet, instead of your blood pressure raising when you receive these calls, invest in a call blocker device which requires the caller to press a number to ring through. I haven't talked to a telemarketer in 8-9 years since purchasing one of these devices.
Got this call from 213-283-1316 They hung up before I could answer and didn't leave a voicemail. Not a number in my address book so likely some sort of scam. For some reason this summer, I'm getting a slew of such calls that I never previously got. Don't know what I did to deserve this but it's a real nuisance. No idea who the caller was.
I disconnected the call as I do with most all unrecognized numbers. Caller ID name read "MARKETING".

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
