I was once able to get the name and location of a telemarketer. I then filed against them in small claims court and they didn't show up (big surprise). The judge issued a judgement against them and ordered they pay me $500 and never call me again. I had a friend in the city they were located in deliver a copy of the judgement to both them and the city attorney. Surprise!!! I got a check plus a letter they would permanently remove my phone number from their lists. Part of the judgement was they would be fined every time they called my phone. Never have heard from them again. Unfortunately, I was prohibited from naming the company by the same judge.Research who is calling and take legal action.

7:20 pm 8/5/14 2nd call today from this number. I don't answer unless I know name or recognize the number. When answering machine picked up, caller hung up.

They just called me! Just now! I know what would stop them - $100,000 per call fines. And, the government could use some cash right now!

Same here. They called, I didn't answer, no message left.

Bogus automated survey. Uses spoofed phone number and ID "WIRELESS CALLER." Questions asked were all over the place. Like, how old was my car and do I expect to buy one soon. Ya think I'm going to get spammed by car dealerships soon? Survey says BS!

Try doing what I do. I have a series of contacts on my cell phone, called SCAM1 through SCAM5 (I add more as needed). Each contact on my phone can have six phone numbers. When one of these idiots calls, I add them to whichever contact has room (or create a new one). What makes this work so well is that I set the ring tone to those contacts to "silent". Now they can call as often as they want and unless I happen to be looking at the phone at the time, I'm not even aware of it. I just see them later as missed calls.

The caller, Wireless Callin ( displayed on my phone as ID. ) called us @6:54 P.M., 08/13/2014. I received a Wireless Caller 818-468-8079 called us @ 3:08, P.M., 08/06/2014. I did not answer since I do not know them.Today, I returned the call right away. The number is not in service. Many people reported this unwanted number to www.800notes.com since 03/13/2007, total 54 pages as above.I dialed *1-214-283-1316 to block future call from this number per Verizon Phone company's instruction.I reported to www.donotcall.gov & www.fcc.gov/complaints.The later can find the person & fine them 4.100.00.00 to $200.000.00 USD.

Sick of getting calls from this number!

Very annoying. I will never purchase an item based on a phone call and it does not affect my voting if someone extols the virtue of a particular candidate. I am immune to all unsolicited calls and am tired of having my privacy invaded.
