Got the same call, it left a message saying it was calling on behalf of teh Syracuse Parking office and that I needed to call the rochester credit bueau. I have recieved this same message from other numbers when I called them it was Humana Health Insurance and I could not reach a live person, I do not carry this insurance, nor have I ever. I called the local police department and let them know about it.

My dad received a call, purportedly from 214-586-0999, that turned out to be a con artist wanting him to wire money to a bank in Israel (we are in Illinois). There must be some way to block these calls from coming in!

I have received 3 calls from this number so far. Two were in a short time frame and the other the next day. It sounded like a kid talking (6 or 7 yrs. old), making no sense. Also got a weird one from 000-000-0000, no message or noise on this one. Sure hope this isn't one that steals your number and makes jillions of $ that you have to pay for

Call from known business associate in France. My guess is they were using VOIP and the number was assigned locally to make the terminating voice connection.Called number back and got number is not in service message.

keeps calling at odd hours

they called me at 10.57 am and I tried to return the call and the recording said to check the number and redial......irritating!

I missed the call, didn't recognize the #, after reading the above messages I will know not to return call.

I got a call from this number too. i'm beginning to think its some service from outta the country that let people abroad call you collect.

The same thing happened to me and yes it was followed with an UNAVAILABLE number. I think it was from Mexico also.
