I have the same problem. I NEVER should have accepted the OLD NAVY credit card which saved me less than $8 on that immediate discount. Old Navy never sent me any billing statements. Old Navy/GE called me everyday or rather, their robots did because everytime I picked up the phone, I'd be greeted my an automated voice message. I tried calling the number associated with these calls but to no avail; the number did not seem valid. So I wrote a letter to Old Navy/GE about it but I never got a response until the debt mounted to over a hundred dollars in late fees and NCO called me to collect it. I explained to them that I never received any billing statements from Old Navy which had not made any attempt to address my concerns and that the late fee was unwarranted. In response, the agent on the phone told me I'd have to pay $800 to close the Old Navy account through them. I said no. I then was told by the NCO collector I could just pay what I owed to Old Navy through NCO and close the account through Old Navy. I was also given the impression that I would done with Old Navy after this transaction. It turns out I was grossly misinformed because the late fees kept on accumulating based on the fact that NCO posted my payment late. Today, I called Old Navy, and was once again referred to NCO and spent all of 40 minutes trying to explain to the agent my situation. NCO acknowledged that Old Navy had made 2 mistakes that cost me the debt I am faced with but that they could do nothing about it. In the end, I had the option to either pay 50% of the $160 late fee or let it keep accumulating with time. I chose the former and the lady on the phone ensured me that NCO would mail me a letter that officially address the fact that I'd written off this debt. I still think I'm being punished for something was not my fault at all.

Xbox support left a message and said there was something wrong with my address. They also told me to call the 1800 number and I did.

This number called me more than 5 times within one day. At the very begining, I have told the person calling me that I am not the person he is looking for. But I don't know if it was the same person who were keeping call me. I have never answered the call from this number any more.

Those [***] keep calling me almsot everyday. Next time Im going to pick up the phone and curse them out! Its starting to piss me off!

XBOX calling me to advise me that my damaged product has shipped.

I got a call on my cell this morning asking for my sister. I said she is not available at the moment so I asked for her number, the lady on the phone said she is going to call back. She then called within half hour. I didnt pick up the phone. and I am look on google and here I am finding all the info about this number.. I will put this on silent

i received two phone calls from this number at 6:53 AM! i wasnt able to get to the phone in time and they didnt leave a message. who calls a person that early in the morning unless its an emergency????

I hate this number ,so annoying,terrible ,wasting my time and stupid ever! I really don't have any business to deal with them. Can anyone stop them?

this company calls at all hours of the week- all day Sunday and all they ever leave is for you to call them back! REALLY? They keep calling my house for people that no longer live here and they have been told that in the past too.
